Beans, Grilled Peaches and Burrata

Super easy to make and surprisingly delicious – perfect for a summer lunch.

Serves 4

  • Ingrediënts

    • 250g green beans
    • 6 peaches
    • 2 balls of burrata
    • Olive oil
    • Freshly ground black pepper
    • A few sprigs of thyme

  • Method

Trim the ends off the green beans, rinse them, and cook for about 5 minutes until just tender. Drain and set aside.

Wash the peaches, cut them in half, remove the stones, and then cut each half into quarters. Heat a grill pan until hot, brush the cut sides of the peaches with a little olive oil, and grill them briefly until nicely charred.

Divide the green beans between 4 plates and top each with half a burrata. Arrange the grilled peach wedges over the beans.

Drizzle with olive oil, season with freshly ground black pepper, and garnish with a few sprigs of thyme.
